How do I apply for financial assistance?

Please contact the social worker that has been assigned to you at the hospital if you are interested in applying for assistance.


I am a social worker and don’t know how to access the application online?

We ask that you email us when you would like to submit a request. We want to correspond with you about each individual application.


Is there a certain time of the month that a family can apply for assistance?

No, we welcome applications anytime of the month. Qualifying applications will be fulfilled within 7 – 10 days of approval.


What is the method used to determine qualifying applications?

FCC has come up with a series of questions for families to answer. Based on how the questions are answered, we will be able to approve or decline the application. Assuming funding is available at the time, the assistance will be granted. If the approved applicant resides in a state that we are not able to fund at the time, we will hold their place for when funding becomes available.


How are funds distributed to approved application requests?

We mail checks directly to the vendor of the submitted bill, no

We do not use a fax line. We ask for all documents to be scanned and emailed to lesley@childrenwithcancer.org
